DIRECTOR'S FOREWORD

Welcome to the Institute for Social Science Studies (IPSAS)

IPSAS was established in November 2001, an institute that focuses on youth and community. The research and consultation carried out at IPSAS involves all levels of society including vulnerable groups (women, disabled, B40), farmers, and fishermen as well as youth. However, the focus is on developing and strengthening future generation for the betterment of their well-being.

At IPSAS we offer youth studies, leadership studies, community education and rural development. Our expertise are ready to provide the best service for you, locally or internationally.

We work closely with our stakeholders related to the field of study whether government agencies, private sector, NGOs and individuals who have the determination to develop and improve the youth and communities in Malaysia.

Our determination is translated into the production of several national and state policies. The involvement of IPSAS researchers at the international level proved that our expertise is recognized worldwide.
