On 14^th April 2018, a first session on Limited Space Management Program was held in KRT Room, Pangsapuri Sri Penara Fasa ‘A’, Pangsapuri Sri Penara, Bandar Sri Pemaisuri ,Cheras, Kuala Lumpur, and attended by 16 participants. This project was headed by IPSAS Director Assoc. Prof. Dr. Asnarulkadi Abu Samah, assisted by Puan Nor Aini Mohamed as a program coordinator and fully supported by En. Azman Husin as the Chairman of KRT Pangsapuri Sri Penara Fasa ‘A’.

Pangsapuri Sri Penara is a low cost apartment comprises of 2,686 units with 650 sq. for each unit.  This 3-bedroom apartment is situated near to public facilities such as LRT, primary and secondary school, mosque, and recreational parks that makes this property is main choice to build life, especially for youths. The main objective of the program is to create awareness on space management and the importance of managing limited and small space at home. Furthermore, it is hope that the programs will increase knowledge and develop skills on how to plan and manage home space and the surroundings in the practical way. It is significance in creating the harmony, safe and comfortable spaces for living that will improve the well-being of the participants as well as their family members.
