Spansion – Santa Claus with Angpow

UPM Serdang, 24 January 2008 – Flash memory maker Spansion (KL) Sdn. Bhd , donated 3 units of HP Computer for use at Resource Center for Education & Communication on Cancer (CaRE). Spansion’s representatives from HR Department, Carolene Anthony & Carol Ling, and 3 engineers presented the computers, during a brief ceremony at the center. Deputy Director of IPSAS Associate Prof. Dr. Bahaman Abu Samah and Head of Cancer Education and Services Laboratory, Prof. Dr. Mazanah Muhamad received the computers on behalf of CaRE.

Associate Prof. Dr. Bahaman Abu Samah thanked Spansion for providing the computers which will assist CaRE in data mining cancer info system.  Prof. Dr.Mazanah was grateful for the continuous support from Spansion. In 2007, Spansion’s helps to reprint KanWork’s brochure and supply goody bags for use of KanWork volunteers for hospital visit.

Putrajaya - Sebuah lagi pusat sumber kanser telah dibuka di Hospital Putrajaya dengan berlangsungnya Majlis Pelancaran Pusat Sumber Kanser Hospital Putrajaya pada 26 Oktober 2007 yang lalu. Majlis tersebut telah dirasmikan oleh Yang Berbahagia Dato’ Abu Khamis, Setiausaha Politik kepada Menteri Pelancongan merangkap Parlimen Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya.
